Patrick J. McNichol President

Mr. McNichol is a co-owner of Suburban Solutions, a residential Moving Company servicing the greater Philadelphia area. Prior to opening the Moving Company in 2014, Patrick was an Engineering Scheduling Specialist for Boeing, the largest Defense Contractor in the World. Previously Patrick was a Project Manager for Ryan Homes, one of the largest residential builders in the US. In 2005 Patrick began his career in charitable fundraising when he created The War on the Shore, an annual Avalon NJ Cancer fundraiser grossing over $150,000 since its inception. Patrick and his fundraisers actively contribute to The Four Diamonds Fund and Hershey Medical Center in Pennsylvania. Mr. McNichol graduated from Penn State University with a double major in Marketing and International Business and a minor in Spanish.
Erik T. Christian Vice President

Mr. Christian is Vice President of Smart Grid at Tollgrade Communications. As Vice President of Smart Grid, Erik is responsible for Tollgrade's go-to-market strategy for the smart grid in all key markets including, North America, Latin America and Europe and drives marketing, product direction, business development and sales engineering. Prior to Tollgrade, Erik worked as an Investment Banker at Oppenhiemer & Co. and CIBC World Markets in New York City, specializing in Technology, Media and Telecommunications mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings and debt financing and at Columbia Capital, a Washington DC venture capital firm.
Erik is active with many cancer related organizations, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York and Children’s National Medical Center in Washington DC. Mr. Christian graduated from Penn State University with a double major in International Business and Finance.
James D. Krugh Secretary

Mr. Krugh is a Senior Vice President of Compliance at PrimeLending. As a SVP, Jim is responsible for ensuring that the company is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Prior to PrimeLending, Jim was a Senior Manager within the Governance, Risk and Regulations department at Deloitte & Touche. Jim graduated from Penn State University in 2004 and currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA
Jim leads our TRM Memorial Golf Outing, benefitting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and in memory of Todd McClintock.
Corey M. Talone Treasurer

Mr. Talone is a CPA with Henry Frank & Company in Bala Cynwyd, PA. The firm provides a variety of business and individuals with tax, accounting, consulting and attestation services. Prior to his current position, Corey was a manager at the regional accounting firm Maillie LLP for 10 years. Corey is involved in a variety of charitable organizations both locally and nationally. Mr. Talone graduated from Penn State University in 2004 with a B.S. in Accounting.
