Please join us for the Final JFM Memorial Fundraiser, celebrating the life of Joseph McNichol, as we intend to close out our $200,000 Pledge to Penn’s Abramson Cancer Center benefitting a CURE for Lung Cancer.
This year's event comes with a venue and format change and is being held on Saturday April 27th at The Great American Pub in Conshohocken. We are making things more casual and we are excited to announce that we were able to cut the cost of tickets in half and are only $80.00. The attire for the night is Classy Casual and the event will be open to the public.
Because of your continued support of the JFM Fund, we have created a pre-sale and we urge you to purchase your tickets and reserve your spot at the function before we open sales to the general public.
Keeping with the spirit of past events, there will be a raffle and auction and with your continued generosity, we hope to close-out the $200,000 pledge we made in 2013. In addition, we have created several sponsorship levels that will help subsidize the event and allow us to reach our final goal. We are very eager to see everyone at this year’s event and we encourage everyone to support the JFM Fund in any way you are comfortable. We are looking for sponsors for the event, raffle and auction prizes as well as event volunteers. No gift or donation is too small!

Background of the JFM
The JFM Fund was established in 2013 by The McNichol Family and The Elpis Foundation benefitting The Abramson Cancer Center of the University of Pennsylvania. This fund will provide financial support for lung cancer research conducted by Dr. James Metz, specifically, as it relates to early detection and screening, circulating tumor cells and immunotherapy.
We have pledged $200,000 to The Abramson Cancer Center and to date have donated $155,000. We have just $45,000 to go. It’s a big number for one year, but we are confident we will close out our pledge this year with your continued support!
MARCH 19th UPDATE: So far we have sold over 125 tickets, so we have about 100 left! We are also already at 22% of our goal and now have an outstanding balance of just over $35,000. Please feel free to donate below!
MARCH 27th UPDATE: We are up to over $14,000 of donations! Thank you everyone!!! With the tickets at the door we are at about 50% of the way there, needing about another $20,000 to close out this awesome pledge!
